Show progress during long running steps
All processes/steps within the tool that can take a long time and that do not show output or progress during their runtime should show some form of activity/progress.

Add a silent mode for executing commands with no output
All processes/steps request a confirmation in order to continue, there should be a way to avoid confirmations.
